At Sunny Days In-Home Care, we recognize the importance of reliable in-home care, which is why we personally interview and evaluate each caregiver we hire. Our caregivers undergo comprehensive assessments, including:
- Competency and compassion
- Clearance of an ongoing criminal background check
- Size and physical ability for lifting and moving clients
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations
Maintaining exceptional quality among our in-home caregivers is our top priority. We seek out the most passionate and skilled caregivers, matching them appropriately with clients to ensure they can safely and reliably carry out the tasks requested.
Reliable Staffing
At Sunny Days In-Home Care, reliable in-home care staffing is a top priority. We ensure that every care shift we commit to is covered. If illness or an emergency prevents your scheduled caregiver from fulfilling their shift, we promptly provide an appropriate alternate caregiver or have one of our Field Managers step in. This commitment safeguards our clients’ well-being, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve and expect.
Care Check-Ins
At Sunny Days In-Home Care, we understand that your needs may change over time. To ensure reliable in-home care, our Field Managers regularly visit clients to assess their general health and comfort. If we determine that additional care is needed—whether from our agency or others—we make appropriate recommendations to the client and their loved ones.
These visits provide clients with an opportunity to voice any concerns or special requests regarding their in-home care. Our proactive approach allows us to deliver the most effective and relevant care, helping to reduce hospital readmissions by addressing potential issues early. If a client has a complaint, the Field Manager reports it to our Director of Operations, ensuring a representative promptly follows up.
